November 2009		"Release of Lara Juliette Sanders' first novel" How huge must the longing for something unknown be, that you leave everything behind you - Money, career, family, friends, a safe life? Lara Juliette Sanders had the courage to take this step. On her way to work she just quit her job, drove to the airport and some hours later found herself on the Carribean Island of Dominica. Besides her winter clothes, her suitcase and her laptop she mainly brought one thing with her: The passion to realize her first movie. She wrote down her fascinating life story and so her first novel "Einfach davongeflogen" will be released in Germany on December 17, 2009 by hansanord Verlag. On December 16 in the evening, Lara Juliette Sanders is going to present her book at the TV show "Stern TV", hosted by Günther Jauch on RTL, which is the biggest private broadcaster in Germany. One day later, one of Germany's most popular magazines "Stern" will publish an interview with her.
February 2009		"Celebration of Flight for Montesori" The pupils of the Montesori School in Munich will have extraordinary lessons on Wednesday, 18.02.2009. All around the motto "Realize your Dreams" the City Kino in Munich, Sonnenstrasse, shows them the documentary "Celebration of Flight". "You always have to fight for your dreams!", knows Rainstar, one of the Stars of the film, who arrived ad hoc from Canada to tell the kids about his touching example after the presentation: grown up under poorest circumstances in an Reservation he now made his way up and successfully complete a pilot program today. "Especially the smallest have to know that dreams come true", Lara Juliette Sanders is convinced. She herself quit her successful job as journalist to make movies.

November 2008		"Celebration of Flight" at the international Film Festival "Braka Manaki" At the beginning of October Celebration of Flight enthused both, the media and the audience at the 29th International Film Festival "Braka Manaki" in Skopje. The screening of our much vaunted documentary ended successfully and got positive and high critics from all sides.

October 2007		'Daktari – Die wahre Geschichte': theTV release is scheduled for the 24th of December, 9:45 pm on arte

		Celebration of Flight has won two prizes at the Dijon International Adventure Film Festival: 'Le Prix des Jeunes de la Ville d Dijon' and L'a Toison d'Or du Film d'Aventure'


September 2007		Celebration of Flight has been accepted to screen at the fifth annual Asheville Film Festival being held November 8th – 11th, 2007 in downtown Asheville, North Carolina. Screenings: Thursday, November 8th – Sunday, November 11th

		Celebration of Flight has been chosen to be a part of the program at the 2007 Ellensburg Film Festival (4.-7.10.07)

		Celebration of Flight has won on Sept. 2 the first prize in the category Best Documentary Film at the Thin Line Film Fest

		Celebration of Flight has been selected for the next edition of the Dijon International Adventure Film Festival, from the 11th to the 13th October 2007. The film is planned to be screened on Friday, October 12 at 5 pm

		Finnish TV release of Celebration of Flight is planned for December 9th, with repetition on December 15th, 2007, on YLE

June 2007		The official premiere of Celebration of Flight will be in Estonia: the film was selected to the competition program - "MAN AS A CREATOR" - of the XXI Pärnu International Film Festival. The festival starts on Sunday, July 8 and lasts until Sunday, July 29, 2007. The screening of Celebration of Flight will be on Friday 13th of July, 7 pm

		Celebration of Flight has been selected by the Gloria Filmfest. The screening will be on Thursday, August 2 at 6:00 pm at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center in West Valley City. The address is 1355 West 3100 South

		Celebration of Flight can be viewed online on Independent Features until June 30. You can register and rate the films. The competition will run June 1-30, 2007. The top twenty-one films will go on to be screened at the Independent Features Film Festival which will be hosted July 27-29, 2007 at the acclaimed Tribeca Cinemas in Lower Manhattan. May 2007		German TV release of Celebration of Flight ( ZDF/arte) planned for Fall/Winter 2007. Dates will be announced soon

		The documentary film Daktari is currently in post production. The rough cut will be finished soon. The music composer Didier Delia from Mauritius is working on the soundtrack. TV release will be announced here soon

		Several feature film projects are in development. Lombardo Films is working with considerable authors and will meet potential co-producers during the film market in Cannes
